In addition to a decade of moderating, Donna has an MBA in marketing and prior positions in strategic planning and research with major New York ad agencies, which gives her a depth of understanding of strategy issues and drives a more creative approach to the design of each research project. Donna has worked across a broad range of categories with both large and small companies.
Donna manages her groups and interviews so that discussion is rich, the exploration is useful and the results are actionable. Her friendly demeanor and relaxed moderating style encourages free-flowing discussion that often results in fresh insights into the marketing issues at hand. She is equally at ease in conversation with business professionals and physicians as well as consumers of all ages, including children.
